I will be selling my apartment in the next 1-3 months and I would like it to be repainted. The apartment is 55m2 in size and there will be pipe renovation (putkiremontti) by the year end, so I think the bathroom does not need to be painted.
There are a couple of cracks in the wall and some cracks in the paint, as well as a few scratches in the paint.
I enclose 3 pictures of the worst parts.
Can you tell me your estimates for:
- The total cost to paint a 55m2 apartment
- How many days it takes to paint it and fix the cracks
- How soon can you start on the project?
I will soon be giving away most of my furniture, so there will not be much furniture in the way.
I am in Helsinki from now until April 26, then on vacation for 3 weeks (26.4-19.5).
Is it better for you if I am present in Helsinki during the paint job?
Or is it better if I am away on vacation?
