We would like to paint ceiling in our apartment. Previously, the ceiling was painted in the way that it is shaggy, not smooth. We would like to keep this texture. However, we have a couple of places, where the previous owners smoothed the surface (see photo 1 and 2). The spot on photo 1 is about 20x20 cm. We need a specialist to make these spots shaggy like the rest of the surface. After that we would paint the ceiling ourselves.
