I want to extend my existing balcony and build a new roof for the patio on the back of the house.
the existing roof need not be touched.
the work includes making necessary plans and paper work for getting approval from the city for the changes.
the balcony should be glazed with a roof that will be an extension of the existing roof.
the roof for the back yard patio should be similar to the front yard.
i am fine with making the plans for this year and work to start next spring.
It is important that the contactor/foreman speaks English for clear communication (my Finnish is not very good)
