Baseboards do not need to be installed at this point, since there are electric work still to be done. So if you could remove that from the offer, I would much appreciate it! Thanks so much!
The bedroom size is about 15 m2. The flooring is old pinewood, and I would like it to be lightly sanded, and varnished with colorless, water solvent, non-/semi-glossed varnish. I attach couple of photos for you to see the current condition in the bedroom. The living room was redone a couple of months ago, so I'll also attach a reference photo for you to see (the varnish used was LLU (Laatulattiat Uusimaa) julkisen tilan parkettilakka, puolihimmeä).
