Recently, we bought a flat and we realized we need to make a renovation before we move in. The flat is located in Espoo, 02360
Below, I describe what we would like to change. If possible, we would like to hear a price and time estimation. We will order all products so we ask about the estimation mostly related to the work needed to assemble everything. Regarding time constraints, we need like to move in by the end of May.
Of course, we are happy to host a visit so we can discuss everything related to the renovation.

1. Kitchen
We would like to change the following things:
a. Bright worktop (työtaso).
b. Oven (uuni + induktiotaso + liesituuletin)
c. Sink + tap (hana + tiskiallas)
d. Lights (over the worktop)
e. Maybe a fridge and dishwasher if there will be a deal to buy it in a bundle with an oven, but it's not necessary.
f. Maybe a metal covering next to the floor (similar to jalkalista) separating the bottom of the closets, dishwasher, and oven from the floor
2. Floor
a. sandblasting (parketin hionta)
b. assembling skirting boards (lattialistat)
We would like to have a color similar to the kitchen worktop
3. Painting
a. white walls
b. white ceiling
