Hello,
I would like to request an offer for the renovation of an 82 m2 apartment. The layout, photos, and IKEA kitchen design are attached. No need to offer the price of the material. Renovation includes:
Kitchen:
- Demolition of the old kitchen furniture and removal
- Installation of IKEA kitchen (frames ready) including cabinets, basin, faucet, countertops, backsplash, LED lights
- No need to move water points
Painting:
- Removing wallpaper (I am not sure if the wallpaper was mounted on a painted wall or the original wall)
- Painting walls, the roof of the hallway, two bedrooms, living room, and kitchen + roof of the bathroom
Parquet: please provide two separate offers for A and B for the price comparison.
A- Demolition and removal of the old parquet, installing new parquet
B- Sanding and varnishing the old parquet (possibly white varnishing)
Jalkalista all over the apartment:
- Demolition and removal of old jalkalista
- Installing a new one
