We are renovating our kitchen in a studio apartment, and there are 2 walls need to be removed.
- The dimensions and position of the walls can be seen from attached picture.
- The total area of 2 walls are about 5 m2 (excluding the door and glass window).
- The wall thickness is about 6,5cm.
- The material of the walls is probably brick or concrete.
- On one of the wall, there is ceiling light switch, so there is electric wire inside that wall (please see the attached picture for the position of the light switch).
It is good if you would provide also the asbestos check in the offer, otherwise, it is not a problem, I will have the asbestos check separately before the removal.
