House size is 87 square meters. The house was built in 1997, and it was inspected last month and there was no mold in the house. So, I don't think we need to do anything about the mold.
I've shown what we plan to do for the kitchen in the image “remontti.jpg”. We want to have a new open kitchen. In order to create this open kitchen, "wall 1" needs to be removed, and the whole kitchen—including the sink, oven, dishwasher, and other cabinets—will be moved to "walls 2, 3, and 4."
Furthermore, if you could tell us which kitchen brand has a reasonable price, that would be really appreciated. Ikea? Gigantti or other brands?
