I have a bathroom where I remove the old plastic mat and wall tiles, then apply waterproofing and retile the whole floor (about 8 sq m) and walls (25 sq m). Water points will mostly remain unchanged.
Scope of offer (please quote each part separately, for materials and work)
1. Protection of surfaces, Demolition of walls, plastic mat, and asbestos mapping
2. Waterproofing all walls and floor, renewing the sewer lines (2 wells) and waterproofing the connection
3. Retiling the floor and walls. Tiles and materials included.
4. Reinstalling toilet seats (wall toilet / seinä-WC), shower, sink and cabinets, mirror, etc, not included in offer (bought by me)
5. renewing ceiling wood panels and new led lights
(Final cleaning, waste disposal and all transportation should be done by contractor)
I will buy big materials (toilet bowl, sink/faucet shower etc). Small materials and waterproofing/construction materials, incl tiles, should be quoted in the offer.
Estimated duration should be mentioned. Timeline is flexible.
