Looking for someone who can communicate well in English
Need the current floor sanded, stained with a new color and varnished.
Baseboards should also be recolored to the same color as the floor.
Not 100% sure if the current floor is Engineered hardwood or solid wood(please see attached pictures. A visit may be possible in early October to determine. Very unlikely that its laminate)
The color I would like the floors to be is in the third picture(dark brown)
Ideally would like the job to be finished by the end of October.
