Construction of a light partition wall on the top floor of a Rivitalo and installation of door frames and a door to convert an open space into a bedroom. The contractor must buy the door frame and the door, and any other accessories required to install the door from a known vendor e.g. Bahaus. Payment for the door, door frame and accessories will be made against an invoice from the vendor.
The work also includes making floor skirting on both sides of the partition matching the existing floor skirting (see picture).
The partition made must be of reasonable thickness, must have reasonable soundproofing and made of such material as is normal and acceptable for light partition work.
The approximate size of the partition wall is 270cm height x 306cm length, but the door must be installed at an angle. See the pictures attached.
The work must include all stages of construction (e.g equipment transport, actual partition work, door installation work, all steps of paint work, cleaning and removal of waste).
There is no need to make new electricity points or new ventilation point.
Car parking is available very close to the house door.
THE WORK MUST BE STARTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WILL BE ONE OF THE MAIN CONTRACTOR SELECTION CRITERIA.
