We are planning partial renovation of 97 m2 flat and we need a professional assessment and approximate price for these works.
The biggest part is changes in electricity plan.
We need to move, modify and add some sockets and light spots (in rooms, bathroom and toilet) but we want to keep walls undamaged as much as possible. But if there are unavoidable destructions, finishing works are also needed (except painting).
The second big part is kitchen renovation, and we need a new electricity plan for this area too. Also we need reconstruction works as removing two small drywall walls, backsplash tiles installation and finishing works. Water spot is about 60 cm righter in a new plan, so plumber assessment is also needed.

Before all works start we need properly prepared application for the changes to the board of the house.
This application should be detailed and include time frame, materials, equipments, certifcation of materials and equipments, company who will do it, its license details etc.
Besides we maybe will need an asbest test.
